Business Hours & Availability
We are located in Austin, Texas (Central Time). While we may be unavailable during late-night hours, we typically respond within the first few hours of the next business day if you contact us outside of normal business hours.
Live Chat Support (Fastest)
In the lower right corner of any page on the dextr.app website, you will see a chat icon that looks like this:

Simply tap or tap or click this to get immediate support from a live agent. In the event that someone isn't immediately available to chat with you, the chat will prompt you to leave your email and provide a brief explanation of your concern. Feel free to leave the message short as we will follow-up by email to better understand what is occurring.

Similar to our Live Chat Support, we are continually monitoring messages in our Discord Server. By joining our channel, you will also be able to get answers from our loyal community members.
