Contact Reminders*

• Create Reminders for following up, checking in regularly, or to reconnect with contacts.

• Use recurring Reminders for important dates like birthdays & anniversaries.

• The Today view on the Home Screen will show Reminders due today or are past due.

• Reminder Notifications: A morning summary notification for all reminders due today and individual notifications for reminders with specific times.

• Reminders can be set to auto-complete after calling / messaging a contact from within Dextr.

Organize Assistant

• The Home screen now includes the Organize Assistant which helps you further organize contacts by answering simple yes/no questions.

• A push notification will be sent when there are more suggestions from the Organize Assistant.

• Initial questions are geared towards new Dextr users with unorganized libraries, with more advanced questions coming in future updates.

Improvements

• Added push notifications for when an event is starting.

• Contact edit button now shows directly on nav bar in addition to inside the action menu.

New Features

Organization Levels

• Dextr & Search features work best the more information you provide about your contacts. To help with this, there is a new Organization Level system that encourages you to add more details about your contacts.

• Indicator Dots will appear in Card Stack Organizer & Contact Screen fields to show which fields need to be filled out to reach the next Organization Level for that contact.

• A new Organize Level sort option has been added to contact lists, making it easy to find people that need more information added.

• When sorting a contact list by Organize Level, additional icons will appear to indicate contact info contributing to their Organization Level.

Improvements

• Card Stack Organizer "Next" button will say "Skip" when no changes are made to organize the contact.

• Added first met place to contact row hint (hints are shown if a contact does not have last name).

• Contact Place suggestions now includes a suggested label.

• Improved German translations for family relation types.

Changes

• Dextr will no longer adjust capitalization of Relation Group names when displayed. Update existing group names in Home > Relation Types if desired.

Interaction Logs*

• Log notes for calls, messages, emails, and event conversations with contacts in your library.

• Initiate a call, message, or email from Dextr to automatically create an Interaction Log to fill out later.

• View a timeline of Interactions and manually add an Interaction Log via the new Interactions sub-tab when viewing a contact.

• Sort any contact list by Last/Previous Interaction to quickly find who you've been in contact with recently.

• Swipe right on a contact in an event's Other Attendees section to log notes about your interaction with them at that event.

• Be reminded about interactions you have yet to add notes for via notification badges.

Home Tab

• The More tab has been replaced with a new Home tab.

• Get an overview of your contact organization progress, interactions you need to log notes for, the current and today's events, and nearby Places.

• View your Social Graph, Card Stack Organizer, add new contacts & events, and manage tags & relation types.

• Access remaining app settings via the gear icon in the upper left.

Additional Call & Message Platforms

• Select your default call / message app set in iOS Settings to streamline creating Interaction Logs.

• Enable additional message platforms (Signal, WhatsApp), and call platform (FaceTime Audio) to have the option to message/call via that platform from message/call buttons.*

Virtual Events

Mark an event as virtual and select the platform for the event (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc).
