Availability
We are located in Austin, Texas (Central Time). While we may be unavailable during late-night hours, we typically respond within the first few hours of the next business day if you contact us outside of normal business hours. During normal business hours, we respond as quickly as possible.
Dextr Phone Support
Generally speaking, we are available for support calls from 10am to 8pm CT, Monday through Friday. If you get our voicemail, please leave us a message including the best way to get back to you.
